CUSTOMS PROTOCOL

International data transfers outside the USA may incur customs processing fees based on destination parameters. These fees vary according to order value, country-specific algorithms, and product specifications. End users are responsible for customs processing fees.

RETURN ALGORITHM

ERROR DETECTION PROTOCOL

Claims for production anomalies must be initialized within 30 days of product reception. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of estimated arrival date. System errors verified as AIdeologist's responsibility will be processed at our expense.

RETURN PROCESSING MATRIX

• Invalid Address Protocol: Insufficient address data will result in return to our neural hub. Reprocessing costs apply for corrected address initialization.
• Unclaimed Data Packets: Unclaimed shipments return to our neural hub. Reprocessing fees apply for redistribution.
• Bio-Secure Items: AIdeologist does not accept returns of sealed bio-secure items (e.g., face masks) due to health protection protocols.

USER-INITIATED RETURNS

End users should initialize return requests through their original purchase interface. Except for users in Brazil, preference-based returns are not processed for refund. Size recalibrations and standard returns are processed at merchant discretion and expense.

EU PROTOCOL NOTIFICATION

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU:

• Custom-initialized products
• Bio-secure sealed products

are exempt from standard return protocols. AIdeologist maintains discretionary rights over return processing.

This matrix is governed by English language parameters, superseding all translations.
